Come with the big thing: the decision, the move, the version of your life you are ready to step into. Write down what you want to leave the session with so we can aim straight at it.
Clear the space
Find somewhere quiet, bring water and something to write with, and silence your phone. Your session details and how to join are in your booking confirmation.
